When the company was established in 2009, it was important to me that we formed a company that was based upon several key values. To this end we are the only British managed and British owned Company (part owned) selling UK land in the GCC.

I have ensured that our team (which is multi-national) is able to advise our clients on the best land investment to suit their needs. They are extensively trained and are not allowed to advise on anything until we are certain they are qualified to do so. They also have to satisfy the requirements of the local Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA)

To this end all of my senior staff members have visited London and seen our land sites, whether they are past, present or future sites. Over the next few months all of our staff will visit London.
Our professional connections in the UK are of the highest standards. This includes our Corporate Lawyers, Land Buyers, Real Estate Agents and Local Planners.
These connections have been established personally by me since first starting out in Real Estate in the UK in 1979.
Since opened we have sold a total of 9 sites in and around London. No sites are purchased without us visiting the sites first.
To date we have delivered 94% of our client's title deeds, (this excludes our 2 newest sites)
It is my intention to now lead the company into an exciting and challenging period that will see us maintain our status as number 1 in the GCC. This will include many more sites in the UK, including some outside London, overseas projects and International property. We will concentrate on land and finished property.
